HORECA supply
Turkish drinks and food for HORECA kitchens in Europe
Restaurants, cafés and caterers across the European Union serve Turkish products their guests ask for by name: tea after a meal, gazoz on the table, soda behind the bar. We supply the importers, wholesalers and foodservice distributors who put those brands in front of them.
We ship from Türkiye at export volumes. If you run a single site, a wholesaler in your own market will serve you faster and cheaper than we can. This page is written for that wholesaler.
Who this is for
Buyers moving Turkish lines into foodservice
The common thread is volume and repetition. One load carries several brands and formats at once, which is what makes the distance worth covering.
Importers bringing Turkish brands into an EU market.
Wholesalers and cash and carry supplying Turkish kitchens.
Foodservice distributors adding a Turkish range to an existing list.
Catering groups buying alongside their current beverage supply.
The range
What a HORECA buyer actually asks for
Five groups, and the reason each one travels. Every brand named here has its own page with what it is, why it moves and what it does to a load.
Tea
Çaykur and Didi. Black tea is the default close to a Turkish meal, and it is the line a kitchen runs out of first.
Soft drinks
Uludağ, Yedigün and Çamlıca. Gazoz is ordered by name rather than by category, which is exactly why a local substitute does not satisfy it.
Water and soda
Kızılay, Erikli and Hamidiye. Sparkling mineral water carries a stronger case for the freight than still water does, and we will say so on a quote.
Juice
Dimes. The flavours that matter here are the ones with no equivalent on a European shelf, sour cherry above all.
Food
Marmarabirlik olives and Duru bulgur. The store cupboard behind the menu, and the part of a load that is easiest to add to an order already going.
How an order works
What to expect before you write
You send the brands, formats and quantities you want, and the destination country.
Several products and brands travel in one load rather than a container per line, and arrive on one invoice.
Export documentation is prepared with the shipment. Which certificate applies is confirmed per order.
Price, payment terms and lead time are stated on the quotation.

Common questions
Do you supply individual restaurants?
Not directly. We ship from Türkiye at export volumes, so a single site is better served by a wholesaler in its own market. If you are that wholesaler, you are in the right place.
Can one load carry several brands?
Yes. A load is composed from the lines you choose rather than filled with a single product, and everything on it comes back on one invoice.
Which pack sizes do you supply?
Tell us the format you need and we confirm what is available for that brand on the quotation. Availability moves between seasons and producers, so we do not publish a fixed pack list we would then have to contradict.
