The brand
Uludağ takes both its name and its water from the mountain above Bursa. The mineral water is the base of the range, and the gazoz built on it is one of those drinks Turkish consumers reach for out of habit rather than by choosing between brands.
Why it travels
The gazoz lines are what make this brand worth the freight. They sell on recognition, and there is no European equivalent a shopper accepts as a swap. Plain mineral water on its own rarely justifies the distance, which is why it usually travels as part of a mixed pallet.
