The brand
Kızılay Maden Suyu comes from springs in central Anatolia and carries one of the most recognised names in Türkiye. Sparkling mineral water is drunk here as a table drink and a digestive rather than as a mixer, which keeps volume steady through the year instead of spiking in summer.
Why it travels
The flavoured variants travel better than the plain, because plain sparkling water is something every European market already makes for itself. What does not exist locally is this particular mineral profile under this particular name.
